ELQUI IMPORT has got a ripening facility including 4 rooms of 20 pallets each.

We have implemented protocols for the selection and  ripening of the fruit according to the requirements of our customers.

Upstream, growing and harvesting conditions are monitored. The fruit is harvested only when it has reached optimum oil content for avocado, and optimum sugar content for mango.
It is only under these conditions that fruit will ripen ideally.

Throughout the ripening process, we constantly monitor our products to determine the exact moment when to stop. Our knowledge enables us to guarantee products of exceptional eating quality.

At the end of ripening, our products are hand selected to guarantee our customers optimum fruit maturity.
